- How does RD1 SuperCard work?
- When you make purchases from any participating retailer you will hand over your RD1 SuperCard to the sales person who will swipe your card.
- You will need to press "Credit" as the tender type and then enter your PIN.
- You will receive a confirmation receipt and the charges will flow through to your
- RD1 account and appear on your next statement.
- Why should I get an RD1 SuperCard?
As an RD1 Supercard holder you can:- Access discounts at RD1 SuperCard retailers.
- Enjoy interest free purchases for up to 50 days.
- Combine purchases from a range of locations onto one account.
- Use your card at a wide range of retailers.
(Back to top) - Do I need my fuel card and an RD1 SuperCard?
No you can purchase your fuel from Caltex, Z and BP on your RD1 SuperCard and still take advantage of the RD1 discounted fuel prices.
If you use your RD1 SuperCard at a Mobil ServiceStations you will not receive a discount, therefore you will need to retain your Mobil fuel card if you wish to continue to receive a discount at Mobil.

Contact RD1 on 0800 731 266 and request an additional card. A form will be provided to you which will need to completed and returned to RD1 detailing the cards required.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a four digit number that is issued to you within a few days of activating the card. Your PIN number needs to be kept secure and not disclosed.

No. The PIN numbers on the RD1 SuperCard are unable to be changed.

Your credit limit is detailed on the welcome letter that comes with your RD1 SuperCard. If you have misplaced or destroyed this document, call RD1 on 0800 731 266 and we will be able to advise you what the current credit limit is. (Back to top) - How do I cancel my RD1 SuperCard?

It is important that this is notified to RD1 as soon as possible. Call 0800 731 266 to advise that your Card has been lost or stolen.

Call RD1 on 0800 731 266 to request additional RD1 SuperCards.

If your card balance is not settled on the 20th of the month you will be charged interest on the outstanding balance at the prevailing RD1 monthly penalty interest rate which is currently 2%.

Not under normal circumstances. For any deferrals or delays in payment these will need to be discussed and approved by the RD1 Credit Team.

Contact RD1 on 0800 731 266 and request for your RD1 SuperCard to be cancelled.

You should always retain your sales docket, and in the event that the goods are faulty or require repairs, you should refer this back to the merchant/store that you purchased them from.

Your card comes with a 3 year life. If during 3 years the card stops working it will be replaced at no cost.

There are no transaction fees when you use your RD1 SuperCard.
